Warranty

All our vehicles are delivered with a statutory warranty of 2 years in accordance with Swiss law. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences is excluded.

The warranty period begins on the delivery date. For warranty claims, please contact us directly with a detailed description of the fault and a copy of the invoice.

Returns

A return is only possible in the case of a proven defect or fault and requires the prior written consent of Easymotors Zollikofen GmbH. Vehicles that function perfectly cannot be returned.

The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Costs of a return

The following costs apply to an approved return:

  • Processing fee: CHF 200.–
  • Usage fee: CHF 2.– per kilometre driven
  • For financed purchases: 8–10 % of the purchase price as a reversal fee (depending on the financing provider)

The return is at the customer's expense and risk. If the vehicle needs to be collected, the travel costs will also be charged.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from return:

  • Vehicles with normal wear and tear
  • Special orders and vehicles procured at the customer's request
  • Vehicles that have been modified, converted or fitted with non-original parts
