Warranty<\/h2>\n

All our vehicles are delivered with a statutory warranty of 2 years<\/strong> in accordance with Swiss law. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences is excluded.<\/p>\n

The warranty period begins on the delivery date. For warranty claims, please contact us directly with a detailed description of the fault and a copy of the invoice.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

A return is only possible in the case of a proven defect or fault and requires the prior written consent of Easymotors Zollikofen GmbH. Vehicles that function perfectly cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

The return must be requested within 7 days<\/strong> of the delivery date.<\/p>\n
