How it works
You will receive your invoice by email approx. 48 hours after your order confirmation. Payment is made simply via e-banking.
You can also make a partial payment of at least 10% of the outstanding amount. Any outstanding balance is consolidated monthly, and a statement with a payment slip is sent by post in the middle of the following month.

Wrong email address?
If the invoice cannot be delivered to your email address, PowerPay will send it by post, and an administration fee of CHF 2.90 applies. Please double-check your email address when ordering.
Pay on time
The payment deadlines are shown on each invoice. Please keep to them, as late payments incur reminder fees:
- 1st reminder: CHF 15.–
- 2nd reminder: CHF 25.–
